Complaints Procedure

Complaints ProceedureWe would like to remind parents and carers who use the setting that we have a complaints procedure; a copy of which is available to read in the foyer area (and below).

This explains that if you have a problem with any aspect of our provision and you have tried to resolve it by speaking to a member of staff, or Management, then you have the opportunity to complain via formal channels if you feel it hasn’t been properly solved.

We aim to ensure that all users of our setting are happy and satisfied with the service we provide and as such, we have a rigorous self-evaluation process that takes into account the views of not only the staff, but also those of the parents/carers AND the children in our care.

At Just for Me, we pride ourselves on having open communication with parents/carers and hope that if ever parents have concerns or questions about any aspect of our service, that they would approach us with them and we will be more than willing to help.
