Complaints Procedure
We would like to remind parents and carers who use the setting that we have a complaints procedure; a copy of which is available to read in the foyer area (and below).
Toilet Training
For parents whose children are toilet training; please remember to make sure there are at least two sets of spare underwear and trousers, skirts or dresses etc. in your child’s bag at any time. If you wish to start training your son or daughter please speak directly with your child’s Key Person about this and they will be happy to help.
Children bringing in Snacks, Food and Drinks from Home
We continue to see some children being sent in to preschool, bringing in snacks, drinks and bags with food.

Packed Lunches
Please can all parents/ carers note that you must put a cool pack inside your child’s lunch bag in order to keep the food safe to eat. Please remember we have a ‘no nut’s policy and therefore you must not put any foods containing nuts inside the lunch bag.
Lateness Policy
If you are going to be late collecting your child, please notify us as soon as possible. There is a late fee charge which is applied after a verbal warning: £5.00 for the first 15 minutes or part of it and an additional £5.00 for every 15 minutes, or part of it thereafter.

Reminders
If your child is going to be absent, for whatever reason, please remember to telephone the Preschool staff on: 07958-183-739. This not only helps with planning but is also useful to know if there are any bugs, or illnesses that could affect other children. Child absence is taken very seriously and it is therefore very important that we know why children are off and when they will be returning.
Parking when collecting children
We have had complaints at the Greenford setting of parents parking their cars in the area marked 'coach bay' outside. Please note that nobody is allowed to use this space, even if it is only for a few minutes. Parents are able to use the main church car park when dropping off and collecting their children.
